This policy describes the Dayfilled marketing website, demo requests, and optional demonstrations. A business using our receptionist service may have a separate agreement and its own notice to callers.
Production data practices and service terms require review before launch. This draft is not a certification of compliance or a finalized service agreement.
Information you provide
Our demo form asks for your full name, business name, business type, email address, and phone number. Your website and message are optional. We use this information to understand your inquiry and respond about the requested service. Please do not include payment information, passwords, or medical details.
The form sends information only when a lead receiver is configured. If it is unavailable, the website tells you that your request has not been sent. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment.
Website requests and browser storage
Visiting a website sends technical information, such as your IP address, requested page, and browser headers, to its hosting infrastructure. Hosting providers may keep operational and security logs. The duration and location of those logs must be confirmed for the selected production host before launch.
This website stores your cookie preference in your browser for up to 180 days. The preference contains a choice, policy version, and timestamps, not your name or contact details. The Cookie Policy explains this storage. No analytics or advertising trackers are currently installed in this website.
Service providers and external links
When enabled, our server forwards demo inquiries to the configured lead receiver, such as a customer relationship management service. A configured scheduling link opens the relevant external booking service, whose privacy practices apply there. The production providers and their retention arrangements must be confirmed before these integrations are enabled.
Recorded demonstrations are served as local website files. Playing one does not require microphone access or send your voice to a voice provider.
Optional live voice demonstrations
Live demonstrations are separate from recorded examples. They require a configured provider, session authorization, and your microphone permission. If enabled, your audio is sent to ElevenLabs to run the conversation. Audio recording, transcripts, retention, and deletion settings must be reviewed and disclosed before live demonstrations are made available.
A live demonstration is not an emergency service or a medical consultation. Do not share sensitive health information or other confidential information during a demo.
Retention and security
We intend to keep inquiry information only as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Specific retention periods for lead records, voice data, and provider logs are not yet finalized and require business review before launch.
The website uses server-side integration credentials and validation of form inputs. No security measure can guarantee that every transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and applicable rights
You can manage website storage through Cookie Settings and your browser controls. A Global Privacy Control signal results in an essential-only preference in the website’s preference manager. This website currently has no advertising trackers, sale mechanism, or cross-context advertising integration.
Depending on your location and the laws that apply to the business, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Applicable verification, exceptions, appeal procedures, and request channels must be confirmed for the operating business. Dayfilled is intended for business inquiries, not services directed to children. We do not request children’s information through the demo form.
We will update this policy when the website’s data practices change. The final policy will identify its effective date after review.
